THIRD REMINDER. Yaum Ar-Raaba'a 28th/29th day of Ramadhan (Wednesday, 13th June). SOME RECOMMENDED ACTS AFTER RAMADAAN. Bismillahir Rahmaanir Raheem. Our beloved Messenger of ALLAH sallallahu alaihi wasallam encouraged us to fast on Mondays and Thursdays as our deeds weekly are presented or account to ALLAH on Mondays and Thursdays and it's good to be fasting for Allah sake. Fasting 3 days of each Islamic month termed the white days which falls or 13th, 14th and 15th or 14th, 15th and 16th each Islamic month. You may also want to set yourself the goal of trying to recite more of the Quran, as you did so fervently in Ramadan. So by doing this you will be doing what the Prophet did. It is also one of our Prophet traditions to fast for any six days during the month of Shawwal, the month which follows Ramadan, except of course during the Eid days when we must not fast. Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam said that: “Whoever fasts Ramadan and follows it with six days from Shawwal it is as if they fasted the entire year.” (Saheeh Muslim, 1164). Let's strive to continue after Eid for the 6 days and those owing in Ramadan should start fasting as soon as possible before adding the 6 days that's better even though we can pay our fasting debts later but what about if you die? Don't delay it please. Plan ahead. So if you feel that you can do this extra fasting you will straight away be carrying on the good deeds of Ramadan and you will be imitating the best of men (peace be upon him). In fasting these extra days throughout the year we are reminded of what we did in Ramadan and this in itself will encourage us to do more, in shaa Allah. May Allah aid us through. Aameen.

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum As-Sabt, 5th day of RAJAB (Saturday 29th of February, 2020). LETS BE MINDFUL OF THESE BAD HABITS IN LIFE. BismilLah. Let's remind  ourselves that ALLAH does not love stubborn rejectors of faith, committing sins, and showing ingratitude. ALLAH says: فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْكَافِرِينَ Verily, ALLAH does not love the unbelievers. Qur'an 3:32. Why? Bcs their disbelief in ALLAH and HIS Messenger only grant them the Hellfire. And ALLAH says: وَاللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ كَفَّارٍ أَثِيمٍ ALLAH does not love any ungrateful sinner. Quran 2:276. ALLAH does not love arrogance, pride, boasting to one another, extravagance, and exultation in wrongdoing. ALLAH says: إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ مَن كَانَ مُخْتَالًا فَخُورًا Verily, ALLAH does not love those who are proud and boastful. Surah An-Nisa 4:36. These few are more than enough to aid us to fear these bad acts in our lives. We ask ALLAH to make us among those who are loved by HIM and who are...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Al-Khamis. 25th day of RAJAB, 1444AH (Thursday 16th February. 2023). TOLERANCE WITH PEOPLE IN ISLAM. BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. We Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. The Prophet Mohammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam commanded us to avoid causing unnecessary difficulty and hardship in people’s lives and to inspire people with graceful speech. Make things easy and do not make things difficult. Give glad tidings and do not repel people. Cooperate with each other and do not become divided. Sahih Bukhari 2873, Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi. This command is closely related to the need of a Muslim to control his or her anger. Unrestrained anger leads to numerous sins and bad deeds, so Muslims must temper their anger with patience, tolerance, and the ability to hold back harmful words. Teasing, mockery, insults to others et...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum As-Sabt. 17th day of Jumaadal Aakhir.. (Saturday 30th January 2021). A SERIOUS CONDITION TO FULFILL FOR ALLAH TO ANSWER OUR DUA. BismilLah Consuming haraam wealth is one of the major reason why du’aa’s are not answered. Abu Hurayrah (may ALLAAH be pleased with him) said: the Messenger of ALLAH (peace and blessings of ALLAH be upon him) said: “O people, ALLAAH is Good and only accepts that which is good. ALLAAH commanded the pious to follow the same commandments as HE gave to the Messengers. HE says; ‘O (you) Messengers! Eat of the Tayyibaat [all kinds of Halaal (lawful) foods which ALLAAH has made lawful (meat of slaughtered eatable animals, milk products, fats, vegetables, fruits)] and do righteous deeds. Verily, I am Well-Acquainted with what you do’ [al-Mu’minoon 23:51]. ‘O you who believe (in the Oneness of ALLAAH, Islamic Monotheism)! Eat of the lawful things that I have provided you with’ [al-Baqarah 2:172]. Another important point is to rea...
