FIRST REMINDER. Yaumul Ithnayn 28th day of Shaabaan (Monday 14th May). MONITORING OUR INTENTIONS FOR ANYTHING WE DO. Bismillahir Rahmaanir Raheem. RAMADAN is around the corner and we pray that ALLAH make us among those who fast in the coming Ramadan which falls between Tomorrow Tuesday and Thursday SUBJECT TO MOON SIGHTINGS PLEASE. Our beloved Messenger of ALLAH peace be upon him said: ‘The deeds are considered by their intentions, and a person will get the reward according to his intentions.’ We usually make an intention before we perform good deeds such as fasting or giving sadaqah (charity). However, we often tend to forget to make an intention for the little everyday tasks we normally do. If we really want our hasanat (reward from good deeds) to soar during all the time especially in the coming Ramadan, let's make a sincere intention for every little task we perform. For instance, if you’re cooking for your family, make the intention that the time you spend in the kitchen cooking in order to feed your family especially during fasting is to please ALLAH. Do not complain to them about something they've done bad to you referring to your sacrifice to wake up and cook, doing so takes away the rewards from ALLAH. If you smile at a stranger in the street, make the intention that you are doing it because smiling at others is considered a form of charity, as the Prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam said: ‘When you smile in your brother’s face, it is charity. Even if you get into bed early, make the intention that you are doing this in order to be able to wake up early to pray tahajjud and have suhoor etc. Subhan’Allah (glory be to God), when we make a sincere intention before performing these normal everyday tasks, they transform into `ibadaat(Acts of Worship) and we get rewarded for them and the reward we get for doing good deeds in Ramadan is multiplied so let's get preparing to welcome it.  Imagine the amount of reward we can get simply for sleeping, something everyone enjoys doing! ALLAH truly is merciful to HIS creation. Allahu Akbar. To be continued in Shaa ALLAH. We ask ALLAH to forgive our ignorance and accept our good deeds even when we fault doing it. Aameen.

DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum As-Sabt, 5th day of RAJAB (Saturday 29th of February, 2020). LETS BE MINDFUL OF THESE BAD HABITS IN LIFE. BismilLah. Let's remind  ourselves that ALLAH does not love stubborn rejectors of faith, committing sins, and showing ingratitude. ALLAH says: فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْكَافِرِينَ Verily, ALLAH does not love the unbelievers. Qur'an 3:32. Why? Bcs their disbelief in ALLAH and HIS Messenger only grant them the Hellfire. And ALLAH says: وَاللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ كَفَّارٍ أَثِيمٍ ALLAH does not love any ungrateful sinner. Quran 2:276. ALLAH does not love arrogance, pride, boasting to one another, extravagance, and exultation in wrongdoing. ALLAH says: إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ مَن كَانَ مُخْتَالًا فَخُورًا Verily, ALLAH does not love those who are proud and boastful. Surah An-Nisa 4:36. These few are more than enough to aid us to fear these bad acts in our lives. We ask ALLAH to make us among those who are loved by HIM and who are...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yawm Al-Khamis. 25th day of RAJAB, 1444AH (Thursday 16th February. 2023). TOLERANCE WITH PEOPLE IN ISLAM. BismilLaah.  Tolerance (samah) is an important trait of a Muslim’s good character. We Muslims should be kind and gentle, patient with people, forgiving of bad character, and lenient whenever possible. The Prophet Mohammed Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam commanded us to avoid causing unnecessary difficulty and hardship in people’s lives and to inspire people with graceful speech. Make things easy and do not make things difficult. Give glad tidings and do not repel people. Cooperate with each other and do not become divided. Sahih Bukhari 2873, Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi. This command is closely related to the need of a Muslim to control his or her anger. Unrestrained anger leads to numerous sins and bad deeds, so Muslims must temper their anger with patience, tolerance, and the ability to hold back harmful words. Teasing, mockery, insults to others et...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum As-Sabt. 17th day of Jumaadal Aakhir.. (Saturday 30th January 2021). A SERIOUS CONDITION TO FULFILL FOR ALLAH TO ANSWER OUR DUA. BismilLah Consuming haraam wealth is one of the major reason why du’aa’s are not answered. Abu Hurayrah (may ALLAAH be pleased with him) said: the Messenger of ALLAH (peace and blessings of ALLAH be upon him) said: “O people, ALLAAH is Good and only accepts that which is good. ALLAAH commanded the pious to follow the same commandments as HE gave to the Messengers. HE says; ‘O (you) Messengers! Eat of the Tayyibaat [all kinds of Halaal (lawful) foods which ALLAAH has made lawful (meat of slaughtered eatable animals, milk products, fats, vegetables, fruits)] and do righteous deeds. Verily, I am Well-Acquainted with what you do’ [al-Mu’minoon 23:51]. ‘O you who believe (in the Oneness of ALLAAH, Islamic Monotheism)! Eat of the lawful things that I have provided you with’ [al-Baqarah 2:172]. Another important point is to rea...
