THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaumul Jumuat, 26th day of Ramadhan (Friday 31st May 2019).  HAVE YOU MADE UP YOUR MIND TO STAY WITH ALLAH OR GO BACK TO SHEITAN? Bismillahir Rahmaanir Raheem. My dear brothers and sisters in Islam, Falling short in one's commitment to Islam after Ramadan is a sign of disastrous Ranadan in many ways, including: Men leaving the five prayers in congregation, after they filled mosques for Taraweeh prayers, thus going to the masjid for recommended prayers and leaving obligatory ones. Are we serious? Returning to musical entertainment, forbidden films, women displaying their adornment beyond that which ordinarily appears thereof, free mixing etc. Ending Ramadan with so called Sallah Dance, AstaghfirulLah. Intermixing and dancing with haraam music. May ALLAH protect us and our offspring from such satanic traps. Let's fear ALLAH in all we do. If you don't mine been granted paradise with little efforts at least let's fear the day the Ange...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Al-Khamis, 25th day of Ramadhan (Thursday 30th May 2019). HOW TO REMAIN STEADFAST IN ISLAM EVEN AFTER RAMADAN. BismilLaahir Rahmaanir Raheem. Islam is a complete way of life till death not only in Ramadan. ALLAH has taught us all we need to get to Jannat (Paradise) through the Quran and teachings of our beloved Messenger of ALLAH Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam. The Quran is the main means for one to remain steadfast, and attachment to it preserves and safeguards a person during trials. He who abides by it will be protected by ALLAH, and he who calls people to it will himself be guided to the straight path. ALLAH informs us that the reason behind HIM revealing the Quran in segments and over a long period not only in Ramadan is that it would thereby be a means for steadfastness. He Almighty Says what means: “And those who disbelieve say: ‘Why was the Quran not revealed to him all at once?’ Thus [it is] that We may strengthen thereby your heart...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaumul ArbaĆ , 24th day of Ramadhan (Wednesday 29th May 2019). WHAT ARE YOUR PLANS AFTER RAMADHAN. Bismillahir Rahmaanir Raheem. Ramadhan is a school of eeman and a 'stop to recharge one's spiritual batteries' to acquire one's provision for the rest of the year. For when will one take a lesson and change for better if not in the month of Ramadan? The noble month is a true school of transformation in which we change our actions, habits and manners that are in variance with the Law of ALLAH 'azza wa jall. ALLAH says in Quran: Verily, HE does not change the condition of a people until they change their ways of life. If you are from those who benefited from Ramadhan, fulfilled the requirements of taqwa, truly fasted the month, prayed in it with truthfulness, and strove against your soul, then praise and thank ALLAH, and ask HIM for steadfastness upon it until we return to our Creator. Be not like one who has sawn a shirt and then dest...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Ath-thalaatha, 23rd day of Ramadhan (Tuesday 28th May 2019). LET'S STEP UP FOR THE NEXT FEW DAYS LEFT AS STEADFASTNESS IS THE WAY TO PARADISE. BismilLaahir Rahmaanir Raheem.  Istiqaama (steadfastness) in Islam is a basic requirement for every Muslim. We are required to be steadfast in all good deeds without any laziness. Those who do that enjoys what ALLAH promised in  Suuratul Fussilat (41): 30-32. Read for yourself to see how beautiful this promise of ALLAH is. Among them is our salaat and it's timing. As soon as you finish offering your fajir you start programing yourself for zuhur wherever you maybe. Striving to please your parents, supporting any charitable activities. Visiting the sick. Helping fellow Muslims in need especially the orphans. Striving to obey ALLAH and ignore any satanic influences. Making dua regularly towards ALLAH'S protection etc. The next few days may be crucial towards our success this month in shaa ALLAH or...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaumul Ithnayn, 22nd day of Ramadhan (Monday 27th May 2019). SEEKING FORGIVENESS IN THESE LAST DAYS OF RAMADAN. Bismillahir Rahmaanir Raheem. We MUST not allow this month to pass without seeking forgiveness in abundance for our past present and future sins. We should cry & beg of ALLAH to give us HIS MERCY & FORGIVENESS. If we leave Ramadan without gaining the MERCY of ALLAH then surely we are of the most unfortunate and amongst the biggest losers in this world and the next. We must Stand in prayer at night to gain forgiveness for all sins as Abu Huraira (RA) narrated that the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said: “Whoever stands (in prayer) in Laylatul Qadr while nourishing his faith with self-evaluation, expecting reward from ALLAH, will have all of his previous sins forgiven.” (Bukhari and Muslim). This is our best opportunity to gain forgiveness of our past and present sins. Forget the past now, learn from it & take lessons from i...

THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaumul, 21st day of Ramadhan (Sunday 26th May 2019). SOME RULES OF ITIKAAF. BismilLaahir Rahmaanir Raheem.  Undoubtedly i’tikaaf in the mosque is an act of worship, and (observing it) in Ramadaan is better than at other times. It is prescribed in Ramadaan and at other times. The basic principle is that i’tikaaf is Sunnah, not obligatory, so those who can do it must strive to do so. A person should stay in a mosque for the duration of the I’tikaf (except for certain things as going out to ease yourself if the masjid has no toilet facilities). Our mother Aa’ishah may ALLAH be pleased with her reported that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) observed I’tikaf, he did not enter the house except to relieve himself. Narrated by Muslim (297). Similarly, he or she also needs to eat and drink. If he does not have anyone who can bring him food and drink, then he may go out to get them if he needs to. For everything that he cannot...
