DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawmul Jumuat, 29th day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Thursday,  28th February 2025. SOME ACTS THAT DOES NOT INVALIDATE THE FASTING. BismilLah.  Alhamdulillah, for granting us the opportunity to be part of this blessed day of the week.  In shaa ALLAH Taraaweeh may begin tonight subject to Ramadhan moon sighting around magrib time tonight, so let's be alert and begin the fasting tomorrow if confirmed this evening.  Let's note some things that don't invalidate the fasting according to scholars based on knowledge of the Quran and sunnah: eyedrops, eardrops, tooth extraction, and treatment of injuries do not invalidate the fast. Medical tablets that are placed under the tongue to treat asthma attacks, etc, so long as you avoid swallowing any residue.   Anything that enters the urinary tract of a male or female, such as a catheter tube, or medical scopes, or opaque dyes inserted for the purpose of x-rays, or medicine, or a solution to wash t...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm Arba'a, 27th day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Wednesday,  26th February 2025. SOME CONDITIONS TO FULFIL FOR ALLAH AZZAWAJAL TO ANSWER OUR DUA. BismilLah.  In shaa ALLAH Ramadhan may start on Friday subject to moon sighting on Thursday. Ramadhan is a blessed month, but our dua may be wasted if we do not change our ways of life.  Our dua may not even reach ALLAH Azzawajal, which most of us may know, but as ALLAH says, reminders only benefit believers as such, we must remind each other regularly because it's a serious issue.  Let's note that Dua or seeking favour or mercy from the most HIGH, ALLAH is like a weapon, and a weapon is only as good as the person who is using it; it is not merely the matter of how sharp it is. If the weapon is perfect and free of faults, and the arm of the person using it is strong, and there is nothing stopping him, he has experience in using the weapon then he can lay waste the enemy or his target without fail. Bu...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm athalaatha, 26th day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Tuesday,  25th February 2025. Tolerance and Forgiveness as the Ramadhan approaches. Bismillah.  Life is short. Let us not waste our energy on being angry at those who  wrong us and seeking revenge against them. If we can progressively minimize our spite every day, then soon we will bear no hatred or malice in our hearts, in shaa ALLAH (God willing). This is how we can end conflict amongst ourselves, since it is a day to day issue we face. After all, sometimes our own actions can provoke another person’s wrongdoings, and we may not be aware of how we contributed to the conflict. We tend to judge the faults of others while being blind to our own. We forget how we have wronged others, and we only remember how others have wronged us. In the same manner, we forget the good things that others have done for us, and remember only the good that we have done for them. It is an innate human error. But let u...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm al-ithnayn, 25th day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Monday,  24th February 2025. ARE WE PLANNING TO HELP OTHERS FOR ALLAH SAKE IN THIS BLESSED MONTH OF RAMADHAN? BismilLah  In shaa ALLAH, Ramadhan may start on coming Friday subject to moon sighting.  If you are blessed with wealth, good health, or knowledge, then we should acknowledge HIS blessing by sharing with those who are less fortunate. Some may need direct financial aid. Others may need guidance in the form of sound sincere advice. Others may need comfort and a good word. All are forms of Sadaqa that will count in our favour. Let's look into our relatives or family and help those who are certain to struggle in this blessed month.  I want to advise that wherever you are, respect and follow the decision of your central masjid imam or management so that with unity, we can start with BismilLah and end with AlhamdulilLah. Let's strive to forgive whoever we have issues with and start this fa...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawmul ahad, 24th day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Sunday,  23rd February 2025. DOES taken a FLU-SHOT invalidate our fasting Bismillah.  As Ramadhan approaches, its important to start asking and learning more about this blessed month. Do not do anything without having knowledge of it. Back to our topic.  According to the most preferred position of scholars in Islam, receiving Flu-shot does not invalidate the fast since it does not fall under the category of consumption of food or drink, which we are ordered to refrain from while fasting. It is necessary to point out that the above rule should not be extended to receiving injections of nutrients or glucose; such injections will surely break the fast. If, therefore, a person must receive such injections in the daytime during the month of Ramadhan because of health reasons, he or she is allowed to skip and make up for it after Ramadhan. But normal injection, which does not contain any nourishment or nut...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm As-sabt, 23rd day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Saturday,  22nd February 2025. SOME RULES PERTAINING TO FASTING IN RAMADHAN. BismilLah.  In shaa ALLAH, fasting will be starting within few days time. May ALLAH Azzawajal grant us the opportunity to be part and aid us through. Aameen.  Fasting in the month of Ramadhan is one of the 'pillars' of the Islamic faith. It's obligatory (wajib), and one denying it goes out of the fold of Islam because it is obvious like salaat. It was declared an obligatory duty (fard ) in the second year of the Hijrah upon each and every mukallaf (one capable of carrying out religious duties, i.e. a sane adult) and breaking it (iftar) is not permissible except for any of the following reasons: 1. Hayd and nifas: Fasting is not valid for women during menstruation and puerperal bleeding (after childbirth). 2. Illness: Fasting is not valid if it would cause illness or aggravate it, or intensify the pain, or delay recovery bec...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawmul Jumuat, 22nd day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Frday, 21st February 2025. ARE YOU PREPARING FOR RAMADHAN?. BismilLah.  Next week, by this time, we may have started the fasting subject to sighting the Ramadhan moon on Thursday, be-iznilLah.  Almost all Muslims, including even some non Muslims, are aware of the real nature of fasting in the month of Ramadhan, as such we start to prepare from Sha’baan, and some even started before that.  Among the best ways of preparing for the month of Ramadhan is Sincere repentance; This is obligatory at all times, but because of the approach of a great and blessed month, it is even more important to hasten to repent from sins between you and your LORD, and between you and other people by giving them their rights, so that when the blessed month begins you may busy yourself with acts of worship with a clean heart and peace of mind. ALLAH Azzawajal says:  “And all of you beg ALLAH to forgive you all, O beli...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm al-khamis, 21st day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Thursday,  20th February 2025. LET'S INCREASE OUR SADAQAH ESPECIALLY TO OUR FAMILY FOR THE RAMADHAN. BismilLah.  As Ramadhan approaches, let's strive to support our families with money or food items to help them during Ramadhan. By doing so, you are helping their dunya, but they, in return, will help you better for your aakhira through dua for you. The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of ALLAH is like a seed [of grain], which grows seven spikes; in each spike is a hundred grains. And ALLAH multiplies [HIS reward] for whom HE wills. And ALLAH is all-Encompassing and Knowing. This is a parable that ALLAH Azzawajal made of the multip...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm athalaatha, 20th day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Wednesday,  19th February 2025. ARE WE READY FOR THE BLESSED MONTH OF RAMADHAN? continues. BismilLah Let's continue with our reminder yesterday; Narrated by Abu Huraira, may ALLAH be pleased with him: The Prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam said, "Whoever fasted the month of Ramadhan out of sincere Faith (i.e. belief) and hoping for a reward from ALLAH Azzawajal, then all his past sins will be forgiven, and whoever stood for the prayers in the night of Qadr out of sincere Faith and hoping for a reward from ALLAH Azzawajal, then all his previous sins will be forgiven ." (Bukhari Vol. 3, Book 32, Hadith 231. ALLAHU AKBAR. ALHAMDULILLAH.  It's important to utilise the blessings of Ramadhan fully. Don't be lazy and equally don't practice showing off. Let's use the opportunity to learn how to recite the Quran,  listen to Tafseer of the Quran, memorise some portion of the Quran, and join jama...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm al-ithnayn, 18th day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Monday. ARE WE READY FOR THE BLESSED MONTH OF RAMADHAN?. BismilLah.  ALLAH Azzawajal says in the Qur'an; "The month of Ramadhan in which was revealed the Quran, a guidance for mankind and clear proofs for the guidance and the criterion (between right and wrong). So whoever of you sights (the crescent on the first night of) the month, he must observe Sawm (fasts) that month, and whoever is ill or on a journey (facing difficulties), the same number [of days which one did not observe Sawm (fasts) must be made up] from other days. ALLAH intends for you ease, and HE does not want to make things difficult for you. (HE wants that you) must complete the same number (of days), and that you must magnify ALLAH [i.e. to say Takbeer (Allaahu Akbar: ALLAH is the Most Great)] for having guided you so that you may be grateful to HIM”[al-Baqarah 2:185]. We've learned from this verse that fasting is Fard upon us all. It...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm al-ithnayn, 18th day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Monday. 17th Feb. 2025). A VIRTUE CALLED PATIENCE. BismilLah. Can our impatience about things we can not change, change anything? To be patient and let things run their course as they should is one of the secrets of happiness and contentment. Patience is one of the most important qualities demanded of those who claim to love ALLAH Azzawajal, as the degree of patience determines those who are sincere in their claim and those who are not. The degree of patience needed to endure hardship and difficulties in order to please the Beloved proves the sincerity of one’s love. Many claim to love ALLAH Azzawajal, but when ALLAH tests them with hardship, they forget the true essence of love. No one can adhere to the love of ALLAH Azzawajal except those who are patient and persevering. If it were not for the test of hardship and sincerity, there would be no proof of the sincerity of a person’s love for ALLAH Azzawajal....
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawmul ahad, 17th day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Sunday. 16th Feb. 2025). THE TRUE MEANINGS OF THE WORD DEEN continues. BismilLah.  ALLAH (Azza Wa Jal, The MIGHTY and the MAJESTIC) has sent HIS Messenger with the true deen for the purpose of ending the sovereignty of all false gods and granting us immense freedom so that we live as servants of none but the LORD of the UNIVERSE, no matter how much the idolaters and polytheists may dislike or oppose such a course. Thus, these three meanings of deen stand out: To acknowledge ALLAH as the ONLY LORD, MASTER and RULER. To obey and serve ONLY HIM. To be accountable to HIM, to fear only HIS punishment and to covet only HIS reward. Deen also includes obedience to ALLAH'S Messengers. The commandments of ALLAH Azzawajal have been given to human beings through HIS books and HIS Messengers. ALLAH Azzawajal says; Children of Aadam! If there should come to you Messengers from among you, who convey MY revelations unto you, ...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm As-sabt, 16th day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Saturday. 15th Feb. 2025). THE TRUE MEANINGS OF THE WORD DEEN. BismilLah.  We've been hearing the word DEEN many times in our Islamic studies, but do we truly know the complete meaning of these great word? Spare me some minutes to appreciate the greatness of our LORD OF THE UNIVERSE, ALLAH Azzawajal.  Actually, the word ‘deen’ has several meanings. Arabic is a rich language to the extent that no single English word or phrase can do justice to one Arabic name or term. The first type of meaning is SOVEREIGNTY, POWER, LORDSHIP, KINGSHIP, or RULERSHIP. The second type is the opposite of this, i.e., SUBMISSION, OBEDIENCE, SERVICE, or SLAVERY. The third type is to bring to account, to judge, or to dispense reward and punishment for actions. All those three uses are found in the Qur’an. ALLAH Azzawajal says: The only (true) Deen in the sight of ALLAH is (man’s) self-surrender (to HIM). (Aal `Imr...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawmul Jumuat, 15th day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Friday. 14th Feb. 2025). EFFECTS OF OUR SINS IN OUR LIFE. BismilLah.  Alhamdulillah, for blessing us to be part of this blessed day of the week. Let's note that ALLAH Azzawajal created us all with pure clean heart. The sins we commit cause darkness to the heart. When the heart becomes dark, it means the heart can not accept the blessings of ALLAH Azzawajal till we act to polish back the heart to become pure through obedience to ALLAH Azzawajal, more istighfaar and good actions for ALLAH sake. The majority  of the difficulties we face in life are because of our sins, even though ALLAH Azzawajal does test HIS loyal believers even if without sins, but the majority of our difficulties are due to our sins. If you organize research now why marriages are collapsing, a large percentage is caused by beginning the marriage with sinful acts and disobedience to ALLAH Azzawajal from both couples or from one of the c...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm al-khamis, 14th day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Thursday. 13th Feb. 2025). THE RIGHT WAY TO INTERPRET THE ATTRIBUTES OF ALLAH Azzawajal. BismilLah.  As Muslims, it's important to understand that the correct belief should be based on what is proven in the Qur’an and Sunnah, as understood by the early generations (salaf) of this ummah, namely the Swahaabah, Taabi‘een and leading scholars. They unanimously agreed that the divine attributes mentioned in the Qur’an and Sunnah are to be affirmed without discussing how or likening HIM to HIS CREATION, and without denying any of HIS attributes or interpreting them in a way different from the apparent meaning. We do not differentiate between any of the divine attributes, no matter what category they come under. Every divine attribute that is mentioned in a saheeh text must be affirmed.  The Qur’an and Sunnah came to teach people about the attributes of their LORD, and this can only be done by understanding t...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm Arba'a, 13th day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Wednesday. 12th Feb. 2025). RECONCILIATION AND HARMONY. BismilLah.  Assalaamu Alaikum Warahmatullah, brothers and sisters in Islam, today is 13th Sha’abaan so hopefully you are fasting from today to Friday evening be-iznilLah as recommended by our beloved Messenger of ALLAH sallallahu alaihi wasallam. If you couldn't fast today, you can do so from tomorrow in Shaa ALLAH. I should have reminded you all yesterday, so my apologies.  Imam An-Nawawi may ALLAH be pleased with him records in his book Riyad us-Saliheen:  ALLAH the Exalted says: لَّا خَيْرَ فِي كَثِيرٍ مِّن نَّجْوَاهُمْ إِلَّا مَنْ أَمَرَ بِصَدَقَةٍ أَوْ مَعْرُوفٍ أَوْ إِصْلَاحٍ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ No good is there in much of their private conversation, except for those who enjoin charity or kindness or reconciliation between people. Surat An-Nisa 4:114. There are lots of such sayings from ALLAH Azzawajal, such as Settlement is best. Surah An-Nis...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm athalaatha, 12th day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Tuesday. 11th Feb. 2025). SEEKING PERMISSION TO ENTER SOMEONE'S HOME OR OFFICE continues. BismilLaah. As I shared in yesterday's reminder, there are guidelines on seeking permission to enter someone's home, which is fixed and does not change in ISLAM. They include the following: 4.  It is essential to mention one’s name if the people inside the house ask who is there. It was narrated that Jaabir ibn ‘Abdullah (may ALLAH be pleased with him) said: I came to the Prophet (blessings and peace of ALLAH be upon him) and knocked on the door, and he said: “Who is there?” I said: It’s me. And he said: “Me, me?” as if he disliked that, Narrated by al-Bukhaari (6250). That is because if the one who is seeking permission to enter says “It’s me,” he is not properly identifying himself. It is strictly forbidden and dangerous for a husband brother to be alone with the wife or enter her brother's wife's home or...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm al-ithnayn, 11th day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Monday. 10th Feb. 2025).  SEEKING PERMISSION TO ENTER SOMEONE'S HOME OR OFFICE. BismilLaah. There are guidelines on seeking permission to enter someone's home, which is fixed and does not change in ISLAM. They include the following: 1. Not looking inside the house before permission to enter is given. The Prophet (blessings and peace of ALLAH be upon him) said: It is not permissible for a Muslim to look inside any house until he has been given permission.” Narrated by al-Bukhaari in al-Adab al-Mufrad (1093).  2. Saying Assalaamu Alaikum before seeking permission to enter. ALLAH says: “O you who believe! Enter not houses other than your own until you have asked permission and greeted those in them; that is better for you, in order that you may remember”[an-Noor 24:27]. Alhamdulillah.  3.  Knocking on the door or ringing the bell, and so on, takes the place of asking permission verbally, and op...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawmul ahad, 10th day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Sunday. 9th Feb. 2025). WHY DATING THE NON ISLAMIC WAY IS HARAAM (Forbidden/Unlawful) In Islam continues. BismilLah.  Let's continue with our reminder from yesterday as to why dating the non Islamic way is haraam/Forbidden 🚫.  Those dating normally speaks or express their love in a lustful and soft way that cause the two to fall into temptation. ALLAH Azzawajal even ordered the Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) to tell his wives and the believing women to speak in an honourable way as in Qur'an 33:32. It contradicts dating and all that it holds. Those dating usually shake/hold hands with each other which is the initial stage of intimacy and Islam prohibit it by the sayings of the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) (It is better for one of you to be pierced by a steel pin in his head than to touch the hand of a woman who is not lawful to him). And Abu Hurayrah said [The temptation of the hands is fas...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawn As-sabt, 9th day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Saturday. 8th Feb. 2025). WHY DATING THE NON ISLAMIC WAY IS HARAAM (Forbidden/Unlawful) In Islam. BismilLah.  Most people justify dating with the notion that they just want to know each other better before they can marry. Islam believes that anything that can cause people to sin should be avoided before a person falls into temptation and it is so with dating.  The following are some of the reasons why dating is haram in Islam: First, those dating start their date at a time when they're not really ready and well prepared to enter into marriage (e.g. students dating secretly or openly while in school). They are exposed to many temptations that normally end in disappointment and separation, which is against the ethics of Islam. Those dating usually meet alone in a secret place and it is where most romantic affairs starts as the Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) have warn us on that in a hadith saying (whe...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawmul Jumuat, 8th day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Friday. 7th Feb. 2025).  CORRECT OTHERS by “ADVISING ” and not “CONDEMNING”. BismilLah.  Alhamdulillah, for blessing us to be part of this blessed day of the week. Let's note that people always seek advice to gain from others’ knowledge and experience.  Providing advice by enjoining the good and forbidding evil is an integral part of Islamic teachings. ALLAH Azzawajal says in the Quran, “You are the best of peoples ever raised up for mankind; you enjoin Al-Ma’ruf (the good that Islam has ordained) and forbid Al-Munkar (the bad that Islam has forbidden)” (Quran 3:110).  HE Azzawajal also tells us that within families, we should actively advise each other to do what’s right and to stay away from the wrong. ALLAH Azzawajal says, “O you who believe! Ward off yourselves and your families against a Fire (Hell)…” (Quran 66:6). As promising as the concept may seem, advising people does require a willin...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm Al-khamis, 7th day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Thursday. 6th Feb. 2025). HOW TO MOTIVATE OURSELVES TO BOOST OUR EEMAAN(FAITH). Bismillah. As Muslims, it's important to reset our lifestyle if we truly need ALLAH Azzawajal to change our lives for the better. ALLAH says in the Qur'an that HE Azzawajal does not change the condition of anyone till the person changes his or her life to HIS obedience. How do we implement an emotional reset? The Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, gave us the solution for this by saying: "Remember more often the destroyer of pleasures - death." (At-Tirmidhi, 579). Indeed, remembering the trials surrounding the experience of death knocks us back into a state of true awareness. By “remember” I do not simply mean the act of recalling; we mean internalizing the reality that awaits us and the understanding that our actions will determine the severity or ease of the experience. Qur'an Chapters 81 and 82 portray graphic i...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm Arba'a, 6th day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Wednesday. 5th Feb. 2025). BE POSITIVE ALL THE TIME AND STOP THINKING NEGATIVE. BismilLaah. Mankind beloved Messenger of ALLAH, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, said: وَمَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلْيَقُلْ خَيْرًا أَوْ لِيَسْكُتْ Whoever believes in ALLAH Azzawajal and the Last Day, let him speak goodness or remain silent. Sometimes, Satan will throw evil suggestions into our minds. These suggestions have no power over us unless we choose to act on them. If we follow an evil or negative train of thought, then it will lead us to a terrible end. Thus, when we find ourselves caught up in a bad line of thinking, we need to immediately replace these negative thoughts with positive inward statements to cancel the effects by reciting zikir or seeking protection from ALLAH Azzawajal by saying AuuzubilLah minash-sheitaanir rajeem. The Messenger of ALLAH, peace and blessings be upon him...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm athalaatha, 5th day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Tuesday. 4th Feb. 2025). RAMADHAN PREPARATIONS IN SHA'ABAAN.  BismilLah.  The Arrival of the Sha’baan moon brings with it numerous blessings. Just as a farmer prepares for a fruitful harvest by harrowing his land so that the soil may readily retain water; in contrast, our souls are geared by the presence of such blessings in Sha’abaan effectively preparing us for a fruitful and completely advantageous Ramadhan.  The month of Sha’abaan is one of the meritorious months in the Islamic calendar and it is reported in an authentic hadith that the Holy Prophet (sallalLaahu Alaihi Wasallam) used to fast most days in this month. Although these fasts are not obligatory, those of us who fast Mondays, Thursday, and the 3 white days each month should continue in preparation for Ramadhan. Those who owe anydays from previous Ramadhan should strive to fast them before next Ramadhan if possible.  May ALLAH (A...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm al-ithnayn, 4th day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Monday. 3rd Feb. 2025). BROTHERHOOD in ISLAM ACCORDING to QUR'AN and SUNNAH continues. BismilLaah. Brotherhood in Islam involves purifying the heart of all animosity, hatred, and malice for those who have faith, including for the righteous predecessors of Islam (the salaf), those who believed in the previous prophets, and the general masses of believers throughout all of history. They say: Our Lord, forgive us and our brothers who preceded us in faith and put not in our hearts any resentment toward those who have faith. Our Lord, you are kind and merciful. Quran 59:10.  Let's be kind and merciful to each other with pure intention seeking kindness and mercy from ALLAH Azzawajal. Let's strive to forgive others ...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawmul ahad, 3rd day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Sunday. 2nd Feb. 2025). BROTHERHOOD in ISLAM ACCORDING to QUR'AN and SUNNAH. BismilLaah. Brotherhood in Islam is a comprehensive concept that is based upon good character with others, treating others the way we want to be treated, and uniting together upon common values. It has three levels of degree: religion, family, and humanity. Each of these levels has a set of rights and duties that a Muslim must uphold with others. The strongest level of brotherhood is the sense of community, friendship, and common purpose in Islam for the sake of ALLAH Azzawajal. At this level, the believers work together towards fulfilling the goals of the religion and living out its divine values seeking rewards from the CREATOR ALLAH Azzawajal. The believers are but brothers, so make reconciliation between you...
DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDER. Yawm As-sabt, 2nd day of Sha’abaan 1446AH, Saturday. 1st Feb. 2025). NOURISHMENT OF OUR SPIRITUAL BEING, THE SOUL BismilLah. We all know that ALLAH Azzawajal created the body from the dust of the earth So, its nourishment that's food and drink comes from the earth provided by ALLAH, the Creator.  Our SOUL comes from ALLAH Azzawajal as such the nourishment of the soul which is more important comes from ALLAH Azzawajal directly and will go back to ALLAH Azzawajal when we die without the body as the body goes back to the earth till judgement day when ALLAH Azzawajal will create a new body for each soul.  The nourishment of the soul without any doubt is the Holy Quran, words of ALLAH Azzawajal, spirituality, and our connection with ALLAH and Ibadaat (acts of worship). ALLAH says in the Qur'an to the nearest meaning that Verily, in the remembrance of ALLAH, do hearts find rest or peace (QUR'AN 13:28).  Regardless of our busy schedules to try and f...
