THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaumul Jumuat. 12th day of Dhul-Hijjah, 1444AH (Friday, 30th June, 2023). PRESCRIPTION FOR PIETY. BismilLah  ALLAH (SWT) says in Aayah 119 of Surah Taubah: “O Believers fear ALLAH and be with those who are truthful.” To fear ALLAH means to avoid sins at all cost and to make sincere repentance and seek forgiveness from ALLAH in case a sin is committed.  Along with fearing ALLAH, this Aayah also commands to be with the people who are truthful, i.e., who always speak the truth, who at heart are truthful and whose actions reflect their belief in truth. This is ALLAH (SWT)’s mercy that when HE commands to do something, which may apparently seem hard, HE sends a command soon after which makes the first command easy and doable. In other words the second or the following command paves the way for the fulfillment of the first command. A person, who is living in an amoral, immoral or unethical environment, may ask a question: “How to build a barrier ag...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Al-Khamis. 11th day of Dhul-Hijjah, 1444AH (Thursday, 29th June, 2023). REWARDS, DEEDS and INTENTIONS. THE BEAUTY of ISLAM. BismilLah.  AlhamdulilLah for guiding us through these blessed days of Dhul Hijjah. May ALLAH accept it from us all. For those who managed to sacrifice we say Alhamdulillah and if you intended but couldn't sacrifice may ALLAH accept your intentions. May ALLAH accept the  eid and sacrifice of those offering it today and even tomorrow. The 10th to 12th of Dhul Hijjah are for Sacrifice and part of the eid so do not fast in any of them.  Our beloved Messenger of ALLAH peace and blessings be upon him, said that a person who intended to do a good deed, and didn’t do it, ALLAH (SWT) will write one good deed in their record, and if we actually do it, then ALLAH (SWT) will add 10 good deeds. That too is not the limit. The number may reach 700 times rewards and beyond subject to ALLAH’s will base on our intentions and si...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Arba'a. 10th day of Dhul-Hijjah, 1444AH (Wednesday, 28th June, 2023). SUNNAH WAY OF EIDUL ADHAR. EID MUBARAK TO YOU ALL. BismilLah.  The Prophet (Sallallaahu ‘Alayhi wa sallam) delivering a khutbah saying: “The first thing to be done on this day (first day of Eid-ul-Adha) is to pray; and after returning from the prayer we slaughter our sacrifices (in the name of ALLAH), and whoever does so, he has acted according to our sunnah.  (Kitaabul-‘Eidayn, Bukhari).    Eid-ul-Adhar is celebrated on the 10th through 12th day of Dhul Hijjah, the 12th month of the lunar calendar. Many of the rituals related to the Eid directly commemmorate the sacrifices of  Ibrâhîm, Abraham (alayhis-salaam) and his family for the sake of ALLÂH.  On the way to the Eid prayer, while waiting for it and on the way back from the prayer one should recite the following takbeer as much as possible:  Allaahu akbar - Allaahu akbar – Laa ilaaha illall...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Ath-thalaatha. 9th day of Dhul-Hijjah, 1444AH (Tuesday, 27th June, 2023).  GOOD DEEDS ON THIS BLESSED DAY OF ARAFAH. BismilLah.  AlhamdulilLah for granting us the opportunity to be part of this blessed day. It's my hope that all those who could fast are Fasting be-iznilLah. May ALLAH accept it from us all and forgive our past, present and future shortcomings. Aameen.  After each salaat from the fajir of this morning 9th day of Dhul-Hijjah, it's recommended to recite the below Zikir up to the Asr of the 13th day of Dhul Hijjah.  *Allaahu Akbar, Allaahu Akbar, laa ilaaha ill-Allaah, WalLaahu Akbar, Allaahu Akbar, wa Lillaahi’l-hamd* (ALLAH is Most Great, ALLAH is Most Great, ALLAH is Most Great, there is none worthy of worship except ALLAH, ALLAH is Most Great, and all praise be to ALLAH).  As we fast today seeking for ALLAH'S forgiveness, let's recite a lot of Zikir starting from the above. Followed by the following; "Laa '...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum al-ithnayn. 8th day of Dhul-Hijjah, 1444AH (Monday, 26th June, 2023). GOOD DEEDS ON THESE BLESSED DAYS AHEAD. BismilLah.  Let's strive to use the opportunity of today and tomorrow of ZUL-HIJJAH to make Sincere Repentance as ALLAH loves those who repent to HIM in complete submission. The act of sincere repentance to ALLAH with intention to never return to HIS disobedience and sin is very dear to HIM. Return to ALLAH by giving up all the deeds, open and secret, that HE dislikes. Be regretful of your sins and disobedience and resolve to never return to sin and to firmly adhere to the path which ALLAH loves.  ALLAH  says, “But as for him who repented, believed and did righteous deeds, then he will be among those who are successful.” [Al-Qasas 28:67]. ALLAHU AKBAR.  Alhamdulillah, there are much to be gained in these few days ongoing till eid day. So let's make the most of this perfect opportunity offered by these invaluable and irr...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaumul Ahad. 7th day of Dhul-Hijjah, 1444AH (Sunday, 25th June, 2023). SHARING AN ANIMAL FOR THE SACRIFICE. BismilLah.  Islam is a complete way of life as such has rulings on all issues if we choose to learn. ALLAH does not require us to do things above our abilities or Capabilities. Remember its compulsory to sacrifice IF you have the means, married or single, male and female.  It is permissible to share in a sacrifice if it is a camel or a cow, but it is not permissible to share in a sheep or goat etc. It is permissible for seven, 7 people to share one camel or cow.  Whichever animal you use please divide it into 3, one part for yourself, one part for your relatives at home and the 3rd part as sadaqah for those who couldn't sacrifice.  Please don't miss fasting on Tuesday 9th of Dhul Hijjah, the day of ARAFAH, a huge rewarding day of mending our relationship with our Creator, ALLAH.  May ALLAH keep guiding us all and grant us...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum As-Sabt. 6th day of Dhul-Hijjah, 1444AH (Saturday, 24th June, 2023). WHY YOU MUST NOT MISS FASTING ON ARAFAH DAY ON TUESDAY. BismilLah.  1. It is the day on which the religion was perfected and ALLAAH’S Favour was completed and previous religious way of life (Ahlul Kitaab, Christianity & Jewism) was abrogated.  ALLAH says: “This day I have perfected your religion for you, completed My favour upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion.” [al-Maa’idah 5:3]  ‘Umar(RA) said, “We know on which day and in which place that was revealed to the Prophet (peace and blessings of ALLAH be upon him). It was when he was standing on ‘Arafaah on a Friday.”   2. It is a day of Eid for the people who are performing Hajj.  The Prophet (peace and blessings of ALLAH be upon him) said: “Yawm ‘Arafaah (the day of ‘Arafaah), Yawm al-Nahr (the Day of Sacrifice) and Ayyaam al-Tashreeq (the 3 days following Yawm al-Nahr) are Eid...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Arba'a. 3rd day of Dhul-Hijjah, 1444AH (Wednesday, 21st June, 2023).  SOME GOOD DEEDS IN THESE BLESSED 10 DAYS continues . BismilLah. Do not miss praying Eid Salah. Eid Salah is one of the ways we show our Islamic identity as a community and is therefore a very important act of worship for all Muslims to partake in. The Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) always attended Eid Salah, as did his companions after he had passed away. He encouraged everyone to attend, even menstruating women - who are unable to perform the prayer itself but can still share in the blessings of this gathering. Give a Prophetic Qurbani Abu Talhah (ra) reported, ‘The Prophet (saw) sacrificed for the one who could not sacrifice from his Ummah, one who bore witness to the Oneness of ALLAH and [his] Prophethood’. [Tabarani and Ahmad] During Eid, the Prophet (saw) would offer an additional sacrifice on behalf of someone in his Ummah that could not afford to. ALLAH ...

THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Arba'a. 3rd day of Dhul-Hijjah, 1444AH (Wednesday, 21st June, 2023). SOME GOOD DEEDS IN THESE BLESSED 10 DAYS continues. BismilLah.  Let's continue from yesterday's reminder.  Repent: Hajj is the ultimate act of worship we can perform as Muslims to seek forgiveness from ALLAH and expiate our sins, but most of us are lucky if we can go even once in our lifetime. That is why Dhul-Hijjah is the perfect gift from ALLAH, allowing us to repent and seek forgiveness for our sins even if we are not on pilgrimage. Repentance brings us closer to ALLAH and cleanses our souls. ALLAH says: ‘Seek forgiveness of your Lord and repent to HIM, [and] HE will let you enjoy a good provision for a specified term and give every doer of favour his favour’. [The Noble Qur’an, 11:3]. To be continued tomorrow in shaaALLAH. May ALLAH keeps guiding us all and protect us from any satanic influences. Aameen.
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Ath-thalaatha. 2nd day of Dhul-Hijjah, 1444AH (Tuesday, 20th June, 2023). SOME GOOD DEEDS IN THESE BLESSED 10 DAYS continues . BismilLah. Let's continue from yesterday's reminder. Praying Tahajjud. It’s been one month since the last ten nights of Ramadan, and many of us are missing the ‘spiritual high’ of seeking out Laylat al-Qadr through our nightly worship. But did you know that praying at night for the first ten nights of Dhul-Hijjah is equivalent to praying on Laylat al-Qadr? AlhamdulilLah for granting us these opportunities. Give Sadaqah: Many of us maximised our Sadaqah during the last ten nights of Ramadhan, but the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah are just as valuable and present the perfect opportunity to earn extra rewards for simple good deeds! Hasan al-Basri (rh) said, ‘Going to fulfil the need of your brother is better for you than performing Hajj after Hajj’. Helping our brothers and sisters in need is one of the acts most be...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum al-ithnayn. 1st day of Dhul-Hijjah, 1444AH (Monday, 19th June, 2023). SOME GOOD DEEDS IN THESE BLESSED 10 DAYS AHEAD. BismilLah.  AlhamdulilLah for granting us the opportunity to be part of these blessed days of Dhul-Hijjah. Please note that its not compulsory to fast all the 9 days before eid day. Its not even compulsory to fast on Arafah day but as a Muslim, you want to emulate our beloved Messenger of ALLAH who fasted regularly most of these 9 days of Dhul-Hijjah. Let's continue from yesterday's reminder some good deeds to earn us good rewards.  Remember loved ones. Many of us will try to perform a Hajj specifically for a loved one that has passed away or make du’a for loved ones during our own Hajj so that ALLAH will forgive them and have mercy on them on the Day of Judgement. If you are unable to perform a Hajj for a loved one you can still honour them by giving Sadaqah Jariyah in their name on these blessed days. Prophet Muhammad (...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaumul Ahad. 29th day of Dhul-Qa'adah, 1444AH (Sunday, 18th June, 2023). ARE YOU READY FOR THE GOLDEN REWARDS? BismilLah.  Assalaamu Alaikum WarahmatulLah brothers and sisters in Islam. The pure/sacred month of Dhul-Hijjah may start from the Asr today so please remember to shave your hair/ private parts, armpit and cutting your nails before Asr salaat today if you intend to sacrifice an animal in this years Eid-al-Adha as you cannot do all these after Asr today till after Eid-al-Adha.  We should strive to increase our acts of worship during this sacred time from tomorrow Monday. The Prophet (saw) said, ‘There are no days in which righteous deeds are more beloved to ALLAH than in these (ten) days’. [Abu Dawud]. Aside from fasting as much as possible in the coming 9 days from tomorrow especially on Arafah day, here are some Sunnah actions we should follow to seek ALLAH’s forgiveness and maximise our rewards during these best ten days of the yea...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum As-Sabt. 28th day of Dhul-Qa'adah, 1444AH (Saturday, 17th June, 2023). THE 10 BLESSED DAYS OF THE YEAR IS APPROACHING, ARE YOU READY?  BismilLah.  AlhamdulilLah for granting us the opportunity to earn golden rewards in Dhul-Hijjah. Subject to sightings of the moon on Sunday, Dhul-Hijjah will commence on Monday in Shaa ALLAH.  The first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah are the most virtuous days of the year, in which ALLAH (swt) has blessed HIS Ummah with opportunities to multiply their rewards through HIS infinite MERCY. These days are so sacred that ALLAH swears an oath by them:‘By the dawn; by the ten nights’ [The Noble Qur’an, 89:1-2]. Narrated Ibn 'Abbas [radhi-yAllahu 'anhu]: The Prophet (Sallalahu alaihi wasallam) said, "No good deeds done on other days are superior to those done on these (first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah)." Then some Companions of the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said, "Not even Jihad?" He replied, ...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Al-Khamis. 26th day of Dhul-Qa'adah, 1444AH (Thursday, 15th June, 2023). LET'S STRIVE FOR JANNATUL FIRDAUS.   . BismilLah.  Dear brothers and sisters in deen, I hope you are fasting today as recommended by our beloved Messenger of ALLAH sallalLaahu Alaihi Wasallam. Please note that one of the names of the Day of Judgment is Yaum ul-Hasara - the Day of Regret.  Those people who spend their time in useless things will regret it on the Day of Judgement when they see those who obtained the stations of Paradise by their efforts in the path of ALLAH. On the other hand, those who do achieve a place in Paradise will regret not having strived harder, when they see the loftier stations of Paradise that could have been theirs. May aid our efforts, forgive our mistakes in sinning against ourselves and protect us from the punishment of the grave and the hellfire. Aameen.
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Al-Khamis. 26th day of Dhul-Qa'adah, 1444AH (Thursday, 15th June, 2023). LET'S STRIVE FOR JANNATUL FIRDAUS.   .  THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Arba'a. 25th day of Dhul-Qa'adah, 1444AH (Wednesday, 13th June, 2023). LET'S TEACH OUR CHILDREN SKILLS THAT LEAD TO EARNING ONLY HALAAL (legal) INCOME OR WEALTH. BismilLah.  Parents/individuals MUST spend their time, effort, and resources to help themselves or their children make the right choices for earning a halaal living. In doing so, parents should stress the need for their children to pursue career paths that can provide them solely with Halal (legal) living not just choosing any career path just to earn admission even if such path leads to haraam sustenance such as banking finance etc especially in non Islamic countries. Islam places enormous emphasis on this subject and these teachings are clearly stated both in the Quran and hadith. In one case, the prophet (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) is reported to have said: “…Purify your food, your supplication will be accepted. By the one in whose hand lays the life of me, Muhammad, verily a ...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Ath-thalaatha. 24th day of Dhul-Qa'adah, 1444AH (Tuesday, 13th June, 2023). WHY WIVES ARE COMMANDED TO OBEY THEIR HUSBANDS IN ISLAM. BismilLah. What the Muslim has to do when he or she learns the ruling of Islam is to submit to it and believe in it even if he or she does not know the wisdom behind it. ALLAH (Al-Hakeem, The Wise) says:  “It is not for a believer, man or woman, when ALLAH (Al-Qawee, The Strong) and HIS Messenger have decreed a matter that they should have any option in their decision. And whoever disobeys ALLAH (Al-Mateen, The Firm, The Steadfast) and HIS Messenger, he has indeed strayed into a plain error” [al-Ahzaab 33:36]. When a man and a woman come together in marriage and live together, there are bound to be differences in opinion between them, and one party must have the final say in order to resolve the issue, otherwise the differences will multiply and disputes will increase. So there has to be someone in charge, other...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum al-ithnayn. 23rd day of Dhul-Qa'adah, 1444AH (Monday, 12th June, 2023). DIFFICULTIES IN LIFE ARE A BLESSINGS FOR WE BELIEVERS. BismilLah.  If life has been difficult for you and calamities after calamities befall you, hear the good news from the Prophet (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam): 'Trials will continue to befall the believing men and women, with regard to themselves, their children and their wealth, until they meet ALLAH (Malik-al-Mulk, The Owner of All Sovereignty) with no sin on them.' (Tirmidhi). Subhaan Allah! No sin?! And what is it from this world that you wouldn't give up, just to meet ALLAH (Dhu-al-Jalaliwa-al-Ikram, The Lord of Majesty and Generosity) with no sin!! This narration indicates that, the difficulties we face due to our own disobedience to ALLAH (An-Nuur, The Light) is a means to expiate for our sins. That's why non Muslims sin but still enjoy because they have no share of paradise when they die. We are her...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaumul Ahad. 22nd day of Dhul-Qa'adah, 1444AH (Sunday, 11th June, 2023). HOW TO TALK TO ALLAH DIRECTLY. BismilLah.  ALLAH says in Quran 2:186: When MY servants ask you, [O Muhammad], concerning ME, indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon ME. So let them respond to ME [by obedience] and believe in ME that they may be [rightly] guided. Allahu Akbar.  ALLAH is talking to me and you directly that when we sincerely believe in HIM as our LORD and Obey HIS rules, then we have nothing to fear. Find the right times such as at night near fajir, well dressed, offer at least 2 rakaats and in your last sujuud, cry to ALLAH through any language. Continue this regularly and purify your income, obey your parents, avoid committing various kinds of sins and be rest assured ALLAH is sufficient for HIS sincere Servants. May ALLAH keep guiding us all, aid us to stop committing sins and protect us from any satanic influen...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum As-Sabt. 21st day of Dhul-Qa'adah, 1444AH (Saturday, 10th June, 2023). LETS BE MINDFUL OF THESE BAD HABITS IN LIFE. BismilLah.  Let's remind  ourselves that ALLAH does not love stubborn rejectors of faith, committing sins, and showing ingratitude. ALLAH says: فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ الْكَافِرِينَ Verily, ALLAH does not love the unbelievers. Qur'an 3:32. Why? Bcs their disbelief in ALLAH and HIS Messenger only grant them the Hellfire. And ALLAH says: وَاللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ كَفَّارٍ أَثِيمٍ ALLAH does not love any ungrateful sinner. Quran 2:276. ALLAH does not love arrogance, pride, boasting to one another, extravagance, and exultation in wrongdoing. ALLAH says: إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ مَن كَانَ مُخْتَالًا فَخُورًا Verily, ALLAH does not love those who are proud and boastful. Surah An-Nisa 4:36. These few are more than enough to aid us to fear these bad acts in our lives.  We ask ALLAH to make us among those who are loved b...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaumul Jumuat. 20th day of Dhul-Qa'adah, 1444AH (Friday, 9th June, 2023). WHO IS YOUR FRIEND AND HOW DOES HE OR SHE INFLUENCE YOU POSITIVELY TOWARDS ALLAH. Bismillah. I'm sure most of us has noticed that whenever you are with well mannered and mature people who fear Allah, automatically your manners become greater, and you become closer to their level of faith and maturity. However, when you are with people who are still immature and don't have the best of manners and faith, your manners, faith and level of maturity also drops without you actually realizing it.  The way it works is amazing. Your friends will influence you in a dramatic way whether you like it or not. It’s not a hypothesis, nor is it a theory; it’s a law or fact. Let's be careful with whom we go out with, who you chat with, and who you gift your companionship to.  Because whether they are good people or not, they will always gift you back some of their manners. If you agree ...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Al-Khamis. 19th day of Dhul-Qa'adah, 1444AH (Thursday, 8th June, 2023). RULINGS ON REPEATED SINS. BismilLah.  It's not the nature of a true believer to keep commiting the same sins after repenting *BUT* never give up repenting regardless of how many times you commit the sins till Satan is defeated as ALLAH is always ready to forgive whenever we call on HIM sincerely.  Al-Haafiz Ibn Rajab al-Hanbali said:  Ibn Abi Dunya narrated with his isnaad that imam Ali may ALLAH be pleased with him said: “The best of you is every tempted one who repents (i.e., every time he is tempted by this world, he repents).” It was said, “What if he sins again?” He said, “He should ask ALLAH for forgiveness and repent.” It was said, “What if he sins again?” He said, “He should ask ALLAAH for forgiveness and repent.” It was said, “What if he sins again?” He said, “He should ask Allaah for forgiveness and repent.” It was said, “For how long?” He said, “Until...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Arba'a. 18th day of Dhul-Qa'adah, 1444AH (Wednesday, 7th June, 2023). BLOODSHED IS AN ACT OF DISBELIEF. BismilLah.  In his Farewell Sermon, our beloved  Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam warned that bloodshed leads to unbelief.  Jareer ibn Abdullah may ALLAH be pleased with him reported: The Messenger of ALLAH, peace and blessings be upon him, asked me to make the people silent on the occasion of the farewell pilgrimage, and then the Prophet said among the many warnings that, “Do not return to unbelief after me by killing each other.” Sahih Bukhari 121, Sahih Muslim 65. This and many similar warnings is among the proofs that Islam is against any form of violence and bloodshed. Kindness to even non Muslims in our neighbours is a command from ALLAH but without been part of their religious issues. We must treat non Muslims well with intention of softening their hearts towards Islam not just to please them without doing daaw...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Ath-thalaatha. 17th day of Dhul-Qa'adah, 1444AH (Tuesday, 6th June, 2023). TRUTHFULNESS LEADS TO PEACE OF MIND. BismilLah.  Our beloved Messenger of ALLAH sallallahu alaihi wasallam said, a true action leads to the path of virtue, and virtue paves the way of a person to paradise, and this person continues to speak the truth until, in the sight of ALLAH, he is named as-S’iddiq (the Truthful). Lying, on the other hand, leads to vice, and vice leads to indecent acts and a person goes on lying until, in the sight of ALLAH, he is called a liar (Bukhari, 116). This shows that truthfulnesd brings peace of mind, but falsehood disturbs the mind. When the mind is disturbed as a result of vice, there is no way an individual can achieve peaceful coexistence with another brethren. This is also related to interpersonal transactions: A sale agreement is revocable until the buyer and seller part company. If they tell the truth and disclose everything relevan...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum al-ithnayn. 16th day of Dhul-Qa'adah, 1444AH (Monday, 5th June, 2023). I LOVE THIS HADITH SO LETS READ IT AND ACT UPON IT FOR ALLAH’S GUIDANCE.      BismilLah In Sahih Muslim: Chapter 13, Book 32: Virtue, Good Manners And Joining Of The Ties Of Relationship, Number 6246: Abu Dharr (R.A) reported: ALLAH [S.W.T]’s Messenger [Sallallahu alaihi wasallam] says that ALLAH [S.W.T], the EXALTED and GLORIOUS, says: MY servants, I have made oppression unlawful for ME and unlawful for you, so do not commit oppression against one another. MY servants, all of you are liable to err except one whom I guide on the right path, so seek right guidance from ME so that I should direct you to the right path. O MY servants, all of you are hungry (needy) except one whom I feed, so beg food from ME, so that I may give that to you. O MY servants, all of you are naked (need clothes) except one whom I provide garments, so beg clothes from ME, so that I should ...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaumul Ahad. 15th day of Dhul-Qa'adah, 1444AH (Sunday, 4th June, 2023). ALHAMDULILLAH FOR HIS GUIDANCE. LET'S BOOST OUR EEMAAN. Bismillah. Good guidance is ALLAH’s greatest gift to mankind. Those who accept this guidance are termed Muslims. The name of the guidance is Islam. That's to submit or surrender to the guidance of the Creator. We can not do without HIS guidance. Our lives will be absolutely be of any meaning unless we acknowledge ALLAH and worship HIM as HE alone deserves to be worshipped. As long as we have the right guidance, we would know where we came from and where we’re going to when we die. As Muslims, we are so very lucky because we don’t even have to hunt and search for the right guidance as non Muslims are struggling with. In the Holy Quran and the life of the Final Messenger Muhammad peace be upon him, we find all the guidance we need to be successful. Every time we recite Suura Faatihah, we begin by thanking and praising an...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum As-Sabt. 14th day of Dhul-Qa'adah, 1444AH (Saturday, 3rd June, 2023). STRIVING TOWARDS THE PROMISE OF ALLAH. BismilLah.  As Muslims, we all know we are on earth as a place to strive towards Paradise. Let's strive to purify our souls from the fitna of this world. Let's keep striving as Paradise will be a place of joy and everlasting happiness.  ALLAH says in Qur'an 76:22 إِنَّ هَٰذَا كَانَ لَكُمۡ جَزَآءً وَكَانَ سَعۡيُكُم مَّشۡكُورًا  Verily, this is a reward for you, and your endeavour has been accepted. meaning, this will be said to us in honour of us and as goodness towards us. This is as Allah says,k كُلُواْ وَاشْرَبُواْ هَنِييَاً بِمَأ أَسْلَفْتُمْ فِى الاٌّيَّامِ الْخَالِيَةِ Eat and drink at ease for that which you have sent forth before you in days past! (69:24) ALLAH also says, وَنُودُواْ أَن تِلْكُمُ الْجَنَّةُ أُورِثْتُمُوهَا بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ And it will be cried out to them:"This is the Paradise which you have...
THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. YaumulJumuat. 13th day of Dhul-Qa'adah, 1444AH (Friday, 2nd June, 2023). DO NOT NEGLECT JUMU‘AH 3 TIMES CONTINUES. BismilLah.  ALLAH says (to the nearest meaning):  “O you who believe (Muslims)! When the call is proclaimed for the Salaah (prayer) on Friday (Jumu‘ah prayer), come to the remembrance of ALLAH [Jumu‘ah religious talk (Khutbah) and Salaah (prayer)] and leave off business (and every other thing). That is better for you if you did, but know!” [Al-Jumu’ah 62:9].
